Study On Ecological Law Of Mangrove Wetland In Zhanjiang

Human civilization begins with primitive civilization,went through agricultural civilization with slave society and feudal society as the main social forms,then moved on to industrial civilization from the rise of the bourgeoisie,productivity development and technological innovation.Behind the rapid changes in the world is the attitude of human beings towards nature.The ever closer relationship between human social development and the protection of the natural environment is also being overcome step by step.The socialist ecological rule of law with Chinese characteristics regards the building of a community of human and natural life as its basic goal,corresponds to the development needs of the prevailing ideology as a basic value concept,and aims at real development that is sustainable as a basic goal.On the basis of the establishment of a solid framework for the legal system of ecological civilization,the legal framework,the accountability mechanism,the penal system and the justice system for the construction of ecological civilization will be further improved.Mangrove wetland is one of the most productive ecosystems in the world.Against the background of increasing contradiction between man and nature,his future survival is already in danger.The ecological legal system of mangrove wetland in Zhanjiang is closely related to the theme of the ecological legal system of mangrove wetland in Zhanjiang on the basis of the existing theoretical and practical research results.Mangrove wetland in Zhanjiang,a local special ecological resource,based on vigorously promoting the building of ecological civilization in this area.The prelude to the modernization of the structure taking into account the ecological rule of law in our country as a framework for the reflection of the research,reflection on the problems of the legal system in the dilemma of the practice of the ecological rule of law of the mangroves of the Zhanjiang explored the underlying reasons and tried to find a course for set the Zhanjiang mangrove ecological rule and perfect the laws of mangroves of the Zhanjiang and it’s enforcement systems.Law,legal systems and law-abiding legal systems and related systems for the ecological rule of mangroves wetlands.The article consists of 5 chapters.With the introduction as the opening chapter,the background,meaning,current situation,ideas and methods of the ecological rule of law in the mangrove wetland of Zhanjiang are explained and the theoretical connotation of the ecological rule of law is discussed.Chapter II explains the current state of the ecological rule of law in the Zhanjiang mangrove wetland,mainly from the three aspects of the basic state of the ecological environment of the Zhanjiang mangrove wetland,from the development of the ecological rule of law and its necessity,the importance of building legal system of ecological rules.Chapter III addresses the law,judiciary and prosecution dilemma of the mangrove and analyzes the causes of the dilemma.Chapter IV capitalizes on the rule of law experience in mangrove wetlands domestically and abroad and focuses on relevant experience and an understanding of the rule of law in the region of Indonesia,Costa Rica,Australia and Hong Kong,Guangxi of our country.The fifth chapter explores the path of ecological rule of law in Zhanjiang mangrove wetland,and the integration and thinking of the previous contents in the final conclusion chapter.Based on the rule of law impact clarification,Zhanjiang’s rule of law and mangrove zoning system will be clarified based on the rule of law analytical framework.Ecological rule of law,fundamental problem of protection and restoration of ecological resources mangrove wetlands are described in detail,whereby the construction method is in line with the need to build an ecological rule of law system.
