| Bag filter is often prone to be damaged on operation,resulting in a serious drop in the dust removal efficiency,and resulting in equipment failure what will affects the normal production,the regulatory authorities even will impose fines or stop production,causing a major economic losses.A timely and accurately detection on the damage of the bag filter can promptly avoid high pollution emissions and ensure normal production.At present,it is difficult for the industry to detect the change of the initial damage of the filter only by measuring the emission concentration,which is not conducive to the monitoring of the overall health status of the filter.This paper proposes a detection method for rapid identification of filter bag damage by obtaining and analyzing the number and distribution of dust particles under different working conditions.Firstly,the cause of filter bag breakage and the complexity of the detection are studied,and the application of the existing detection method is analyzed by the simulation model of the dedusting device.Secondly,the amount and distribution of dust particles under different working conditions are studied.,and the feasibility and high sensitivity of the filter bag damaged particle phase detection technology are confirmed from the principle of particle count detection.A new method and solution for bag breakage detection of bag filter was proposed.;Bag filter dust damage condition was designed,and a sampling dilution system program and online acquisition system was also designed.According to the condition of different damage degree under certain working conditions of filter media,the number and distribution of particle phase was obtained through experiments,which can sensitively monitor the status and development process of filter media damage.A filter damage diagnosis system was developed.The application results shows that this method can detect the breakage of the filter material more quickly and effectively compared with the commonly used charge-sensitive dust concentration meter in industry,it can be used for on-line monitoring of bag filter damage status. |
