The quality of graphene have been improved,the application field of graphene was expanded,and many new application was gradually emerged,with the continuous progress of graphene preparation technology.High-quality graphene was applied to microelectronics technology,it includes graphene-based transistors,graphene-based photodetectors,graphene-based wearable sensors,etc.,and it shows more application value to human,but for the specific application have to a new graphene preparation method for its application.For example,growth doped graphene is the best way to solve the difficulties of graphene applications in the field of microelectronics.Currently,the preparation methods to doped graphene are more and more increasing,but there are many unresolved problems.Highquality,large-area,and controllable doping graphene is the focus of current research for the application of graphene in the field of microelectronics.For further application of graphene in microelectronic technology,the application of graphene in photodetectors is a new direction.We explored the difficulties encountered of doped graphene in the growth,and explored graphene quantum dots promoted the synthesis of heavily n-type graphene.Successfully applied it to photodetectors.Our graphene photodetectors have excellent detection performance for 1550 nm.Graphene-based electronic textiles have been developed,opening up the application of graphene in the field of wearable devices,with the mass production of graphene becoming a reality.Herein,hybrid copper(Cu)particles functionalized graphene textiles(defined as graphene electronic textiles)as a wearable sensor via a simple,scalable and cost-effective approach for industrial coating.The graphene electronic textiles(E-textiles)exhibit excellent electrical conductivity,softness,breathability,and washability,and it is used in wearable sensor to show excellent vital sign detection performance.Wearable sensors includes pressure sensors,strain sensors and bending sensors.This thesis focuses on the application of graphene in sensors,including graphene-based photodetectors and graphene-based electronic textile wearable sensors.
