Black and odorous water are widely distributed in our country.In recent years,the government has attached great importance to the treatment of black and odorous water.In this paper,high-efficiency nitrogen and phosphorus removal strains were selected from different environments,and they were combined with a heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrifying bacteria to construct a complex bacteria with high nitrogen and phosphorus removal ability.The factors,which affect the nitrogen and phosphorus removal performance of the complex bacteria,were investigated,and the ability,which makes the complex bacteria tolerate Cr(VI)and salinity,was also investigated.Finally,sodium alginate and activated carbon were used to create fixed pellets.The effect of immobilized complex bacteria on the restoration of simulated black and odorous water,and the impact of carbon source dosage on the recovery of simulated black and odorous water was investigated.The following are conclusions:1.One Citrobacter was selected from the soil,which was named Q1.One Acinetobacter was selected from activated sludge,which was named H5.These two strains formed a complex bacteria with a heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrifying bacteria named Z1.After 48 hours of Z1-Q1-H5 treatment of water samples,the total inorganic nitrogen removal rate was 92.1%,and the phosphate removal rate was 95.5%.2.The complex bacteria are suitable for growing in the environment where the pH is neutral or weak alkaline,the temperature is about 30℃,and the carbon-nitrogen ratio is more than 8.The limit concentration of Cr(VI)that the complex bacteria can tolerate is 10 mg/L,and the maximum salinity is 4%.3.When the DO concentration is about 7 mg/L and the initial COD of simulated black and odorous water is 100~108 mg/L,TN removal rate of simulated black and odorous water with fixed pellets was only 44.3%,Ammonia nitrogen removal rate is only 35.1%,The TP in the water is stable at about 0.1 mg/L,TP removal rate up to 94.4%,COD removal rate can reach 61.5% at most.4.The COD of simulated black and odorous water with sodium butyrate and fixed pellets is stable in the range of 35~40 mg/L.In contrast,the COD of the simulated black and odorous water without fixed pellets is stable in the range of 65~75 mg/L.When the accumulative carbon source concentration is 0.3 g/L,the TN removal rate of the simulated black and odorous water with fixed pellets can reach 81.2%,and the ammonia nitrogen removal rate can reach 76.4%.
