| With the rapid development of electronic technology and computer application technology,jacquard glove knitting machine gradually from mechanical control to fully automatic control direction,for the fully automatic electronic jacquard glove plate system,the key technology in this field is monopolized by developed countries,the relevant enterprises offer high prices,while the domestic jacquard glove plate making system generally has the problems of insufficient originality and poor adaptability,and there is still a big gap from the international first-class level.In order to solve this problem for cooperative enterprises,it is especially important to break through the traditional technical defects and develop a set of jacquard glove plate making system with perfect functions and good intelligence.Starting from the analysis of the working principle of the jacquard glove machine and the knitting process,this article leads to the design of the process data model,and proposes a complete cross-platform design scheme for the pattern-making system for jacquard gloves.The research results are provided to plate designers.The plate-making system automatically generates process description files and process action files according to the designed glove pattern,and cooperates with the control system to realize the production process of glove jacquard knitting.The main work content is as follows:1.Researching the data characteristics that make up the glove pattern,designing and realizing the componentized function of glove pattern templates,providing convenience for the maintenance of the later system.The mathematical model is used to design process parameters,and the automatic generation of glove pattern data is realized through data drive,which greatly enriches the pattern template library of the system.2.Designed a general process description rule DRL language(Domain class description Rules Language),and the overall scheme of glove pattern process conversion design was proposed.This thesis completes the design and implementation of the double-sided jacquard conversion algorithm,single-sided jacquard conversion algorithm and C-type knitting conversion algorithm for the compilation process based on the process analysis and data model of the common single-color row pattern,which increases the structural style of the glove knitting process.3.For the first time,a graphical display method of knitting action in glove-making plate system has been realized,which includes two main processes: content analysis of process description file data structure and visualization of process knitting action content,to clearly and efficiently display the specific work of knitting action rows through two-dimensional simulation technology of knitting action,and to improve glove-making efficiency.The jacquard glove plate making system designed in this thesis has significantly shortened the product development cycle,improved the success rate of plate making for special jacquard process,and reduced the production cost.After one year of user feedback and function upgrade,the stability and reliability of the system has been improving.Compared with the same industry system in China,the system has better performance and stronger adaptability in the design of small area knitted fabrics,and has the characteristics of beautiful interface and convenient operation. |
