| In order to improve the quality of the centrifugal seed oil,and the fluidity of the oil,and solve the problem of unnecessary waste of raw materials in the production process.In this paper,the phospholipids in oil was removed by three methods:conventional hydration degumming,acid degumming and enzymatic degumming.The main research results are as follows:(1)Through single factor experiment,the influence of conventional hydrated degumming,acid degumming and enzymatic degumming of the effects of the factors on the degumming,are optimized by the orthogonal experiment design with phospholipase A1 enzymatic degumming effect is significant.The best process condition is:pH is 5.0,temperature is 35℃,time is 120 min,dosage of enzyme is 6%,dosage of deionized water is 1.5%.Under these conditions,the content of lecithin was reduced from 1200 mg/kg to 13.3 mg/kg after degumming,the oil recovery rate was 94.4%,the acid value was 2.31 mg/g,and the peroxide value was 0.034 g/100g.(2)With the assistance of ultrasound,the catalytic activity of the enzyme in the reaction process was improved,the reaction was accelerated,and the reaction time was shortened.The optimal temperature of the enzyme reaction was significantly increased,and the amount of water added was reduced,but the optimal pH of the enzyme did not change.When pH was 4.8,the content of phospholipid after enzymatic degumming was 46.0 mg/kg,and that after ultrasound assisted was 35.6 mg/kg.When the time was 120 min,the content of phospholipid after enzymatic degumming was 43.3 mg/kg,and that after ultrasound assisted was 25.7 mg/kg.When the temperature was 50℃,the content of phospholipid after enzymatic degumming was 44.7 mg/kg,and that after ultrasonic assisted was 28.7 mg/kg.When the amount of deionized water was 1%,the content of phospholipid after enzymatic degumming was 39.3 mg/kg,and that after ultrasonic assisted was 31.1 mg/kg.When the amount of enzyme was 5%,the content of phospholipid after enzymatic degumming was 39.3 mg/kg,and that after ultrasonic assisted was 17.7 mg/kg.(3)Industrial production of soft capsule:estimate the material balance,equipment selection,cost and profit of sea buckthorn fruit oil soft capsules,and analyzes its earnings.Through calculation,the annual sales of sea buckthorn fruit oil soft capsules with an estimated annual output of 4 tons are 25.28 million yuan,profit is 12.051208 million yuan,profit and loss balance is 0.187 tons,objectively reflect the feasibility of the industrialization of the product.Found through the study,enzymatic degumming sea buckthorn fruit oil phospholipid content can be dropped to 13.3 mg/kg,oil recovery rate was 94.4%,the acid value was 2.31 mg/g,peroxide value is 0.034 g/100 g,ultrasound had a greater influence on the enzymatic degumming of sea buckthorn fruit oil,under the ultrasonic assisted,enzyme catalytic activity,reaction speed,shorten the reaction time,enzyme reaction obviously improve the optimum temperature,water content decreases,for deep processing of agricultural products and seabuckthorn laid the foundation of industrial development,industrial production provides reference for the enterprise. |
