As a kind of clean energy,Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)is more and more well-known and widely used,and the demand for it is increasing.For each of the LNG station,the essential equipment that determines the flow is the carburetor.There are many types of carburetors.At present,the most gasifiers used in coastal areas are open shelf vaporizers and submerged combustion vaporizers and a few intermediate medium gasifiers.The flow rate of them,generally 175t/h or even more than 200t/h,is relatively large.However,the application of natural gas will eventually go inland areas.For inland LNG stations,the most widely used is air temperature gasifier.But it is worth noting that in the process of practical application,the phenomena of frosting and icing are obvious for the air temperature type evaporator,especially when the temperature of the outdoor is relatively low or in the season of mist and air does not flow,which result in the gasification effect was so severely affected that it had to be supplemented with heating or shut down for deicing.During this period,the natural gas station will stop supplying gas,which will affect the supply of natural gas in the whole gas supply area and cause great inconvenience to production and life.Aiming at the above problems,this paper studies two kinds of new mini gasifiers suitable for inland areas.Firstly,various types of large gasifiers that are mainly used in the domestic and foreign markets are analyzed to confirm the advantages and disadvantages of each type of gasifier.An intermediate medium gasifier with mature application experience and non-icing characteristics is selected as the research object.Firstly,various types of large gasifiers that are mainly used in the domestic and foreign markets are analyzed to confirm the advantages and disadvantages of each type of gasifier.An intermediate medium gasifier with mature application experience and non-icing characteristics is selected as the research object.Since there is only one type of this kind of gasifier produced in China,175t/h,we can only conduct thermal analysis on the data of this type of gasifier,summarize the thermal calculation formula,and verify it according to the actual situation.At the same time,according to the structural stress analysis of its key position,after summarizing the experience,the miniaturization design is carried out to meet the needs of small gasifier in inland areas,and the preliminary design of miniaturization intermediate medium gasifier is completed.According to the actual situation of inland areas at present,combined with the status quo of the carburetor frost freezes in inland,the other new type of tube and shell gasification which is suitable for inland is studied.The thermodynamic analysis,structure analysis,the thermal resistance analysis and so on are carried out at the same time.In addition,data analysis of different flow rates and temperatures is carried out to ensure the possibility of application under different conditions in inland areas.Finally,the necessary conditions for the application of these two kinds of gasifiers in inland areas,such as the source of heat source water,are analyzed and discussed.And the feasibility analysis for some areas is given,so as to make the future market application possible.
