| In order to explore the user’s psychological acceptance critical value for the degree of bending of the shelf,and to seek the stiffness design method of the long shelf for special occasions,this study firstly used the visual perception experiment method to study the allowable bending degree of the shelf,and then proposed three structures that can increase the rigidity of the shelf.This study derives the stiffness prediction models of three new types of shelf structures.Based on the verification of the stiffness prediction model,the stiffness prediction model was revised,and finally the applicability of the stiffness prediction model was verified.The main research results are as follows:(1)When the degree of bending of the shelf is 3.0‰ and below,all the judges made by the subjects on the deformation of the shelf are within the range of "no deformation" and "slight deformation";when the degree of bending of the shelf is between 3.0‰ and 4.0‰,more than 90%of the subjects believed that the shelf was "slightly deformed";when the degree of bending of the shelf exceeded 4.0‰,the proportion of subjects who believed that the shelf was "severely deformed" gradually increased.3.0‰ and 4.0‰ can be used as the primary and secondary indicators of the allowable bending degree of the shelf respectively.When the deformation limit of the shelf is high,it is recommended to adopt the primary index.When the requirements on the deformation limit of the shelf are slightly lower,it is recommended to adopt the secondary index.(2)In this study,three types of shelf reinforcement structures were designed.The three types of reinforcement structures are aluminum alloy bar reinforced shelf structure,glass fiber banded pasting reinforced shelf structure,and glass fiber fully pasting reinforced shelf.This study derives the rigidity prediction models of three shelf reinforcement structures of aluminum alloy bar reinforced shelf structure,glass fiber banded pasting reinforced shelf structure,and glass fiber fully pasting reinforced shelf under uniform load.(3)The predicted deflection of the aluminum alloy bar reinforced MDF and particleboard shelf was less than the measured deflection;the predicted deflection of the glass fiber banded pasting reinforced shelf and glass fiber fully pasting reinforced shelf were greater than the actual deflection.The stiffness prediction model modified by the data translation method,its predicted deflection tends to be consistent with the actual measured deflection,and the accuracy after correction is effective.Taking a particleboard shelf in a desk cabinet as an example,the application research results of the shelf stiffness prediction model show that: the measured value of the bending degree of the reinforced shelf is 2.8‰,which is less than and very close to the target bending degree of3.0‰,indicating the shelf stiffness prediction effectiveness is better. |
