| Metal laminated composite board is made of two or more metals by composite technology,which has excellent comprehensive properties and has been widely used,using aluminum-steel composites instead of traditional steel or aluminum can help reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions.In this paper,1060 aluminum and DC06 steel were used as experimental materials to prepare aluminum/steel/aluminum composite plate by rolling under three different rolling temperatures.A new type of mechanism was designed and manufactured to test the bonding strength of aluminum/steel interface.By analyzing the structural evolution,interfacial bonding properties and mechanical properties of aluminum/steel/aluminum composite plates under different rolling temperatures and deformations,the optimal rolling process was determined.Under the same rolling temperature,the tensile strength increases obviously with the increase of rolling reduction,while the tensile strength and yield strength of the composite plate decrease with the increase of rolling temperature.The elongation decreases with the increase of rolling reduction.The tensile properties of aluminum/steel/aluminum composite plates mainly depend on the bonding strength of aluminum/steel interface and the plastic deformation ability of the metal of both sides of the interface.Compared with cold rolled at room temperature and hot rolled at 500℃,the interfacial bonding strength of composite plates prepared by hot rolled at 350℃is higher.When the rolling reduction is about45%~67%,the composite plate has a well match between strength and ductility.When the rolling reduction is increased from 31.4%to 66.6%,the tensile strength and yield strength increase by 26.7%and 10.6%respectively.Due to the continuous performance gradient in the thickness direction of the surface shear,the recovery of aluminum and the recrystallization of aluminum layer,the relative reduction of aluminum layer and steel layer is closer to 1 than that ofεAl/εFe,and the steel layer still retains considerable plastic deformation ability when the interface is well bonded.The 1060 layer is a typical cold-rolled texture of fcc polycrystalline metal.The texture of 1060 in the thickness direction evolves continuously alongβ-orientation line.The strain is transferred from surface to interface from Copper and S orientation to Brass orientation in the middle layer and from strong Brass orientation and part of Goss orientation in the interface layer.The microstructure evolution of the 1060 layer is continuous along the thickness direction of 350℃hot rolling,and the whole Al layer is rolling and shearing texture,but there exists recrystallization orientation in the interface layer.The Goss orientation on the surface is continuously transformed into R-Goss orientation at the interface.The work hardening effect of the surface layer and the intermediate layer is stronger than that of the recrystallization softening effect,and the texture type is still rolled texture.The change of texture type and strength value in the thickness direction of 1060aluminum layer at 500℃is continuous,and the softening effect of recrystallization is very obvious.The interface layer and the intermediate layer have obvious recrystallization texture. |
