The fully mechanized working face is an operation system composed of complex people,machines and environment.Due to the narrow space of the roadway,high temperature and humidity,insufficient lighting and other problems,coal mine safety accidents occur frequently.Gas,coal dust,fire,flood and human error accidents seriously threaten the safety of miners and restrict the efficiency of roadway excavation,which has been the primary problem perplexing the management of coal mine enterprises.Based on the theory of team situational awareness,this paper studies the factors affecting the safety of miners in fully mechanized mining face,and uses DEMATEL and ANP methods to build the model and carry out case study.Firstly,the natural environment of fully mechanized mining face is analyzed,including the factors restricting the miners’ production,such as temperature,humidity,noise,illumination,dust,working space and so on.Then the causes of coal mine safety accidents are counted,and the influencing factors are summarized,and the TSA evaluation system is constructed.Finally,the d-anp mixed weight method is used to build the model,and the decision software is used to solve the model.Taking the coal mine enterprise as an example,according to the key influencing factors,the work safety improvement measures are put forward.The main contents of this paper are as follows(1)Construction of team situational awareness evaluation system in fully mechanized mining faceThis paper analyzes the causes of human factor accidents in domestic coal mines,and preliminarily selects the influencing factors of TSA;reviews the literature,interviews with experts,collects and summarizes the influencing factors for the second time;designs the questionnaire and expert consultation,and selects the influencing factors for the third time;conducts on-the-spot investigation on the operation characteristics of the research object in the comprehensive mining face,and determines the evaluation system of the influencing factors of TSA.(2)Research on evaluation model of team situational awareness in fully mechanized mining faceAccording to the 22 factors in the evaluation system,the TSA score scale and the mutual influence score scale of each dimension are designed.The DEMATEL method is used to obtain the standardized direct influence matrix,comprehensive influence matrix,centrality and cause degree,and network diagram.The network diagram is applied to ANP method,and the weights of 22 factors are calculated by accident statistics and expert scoring data,and the mixed weights of the two methods are obtained.(3)Application of TSA model and Research on improvement of work safetyBased on the established evaluation system and model of TSA influencing factors,the accident statistics and expert scoring scale were applied to 8102 working face of Xindadi mine to identify the main factors restricting the level of TSA of miners and formulate the measures to improve the operation safety.The results show that the management system,underground natural environment,enterprise culture and miners’ psychological status are the key factors that restrict the team’s situational awareness level in fully mechanized mining face.Therefore,starting from these four aspects,this paper analyzes the current situation of enterprise management,and formulates corresponding improvement measures in combination with coal mine safety regulations.The paper has 25 pictures,15 tables,and 75 references.
