Catalytic cracking unit is one of the most important production units of petrochemical enterprises,and it occupies an important position in the production of light oil products such as gasoline,diesel oil,and liquefied petroleum gas.Problems in the production and operation of catalytic devices,refining and chemical companies have always used traditional process technology and operating experience to analyze,research and solve.However,with the development of science and technology and the improvement of corporate management levels,companies have increasingly demanded lean process production.High,traditional methods have encountered a bottleneck in quantitatively solving problems,and have been unable to meet the decreasing number of enterprise personnel also put forward higher requirements for information intelligence.Use big data technology to study the common and individual problems encountered in the operation of the enterprise’s catalytic cracking unit,and try to solve the problem from a perspective other than the process.Big data analysis technology is the use of computing programs to extract,clean,convert,and analyze business precipitation data,and combine certain algorithmic model processing to discover laws and abnormalities,obtain key data to assist decision-making,quantify qualitative problems,and use it To predict the possible future development trends,and provide a more reliable reference for the timely processing of the process.Although the enterprise’s catalytic cracking unit continuously optimizes and improves the process level and technical operation through refined management,there are still a lot of problems that need to be solved from a long-term stable operational point of view,energy saving and consumption reduction,and improving the yield of high-value products.Among them,the more prominent problems include the daily alarm is too high compared to other devices,and the operation fluctuates greatly;the operation cycle of the device is only 3 years,still a lot of room for improvement in the operation cycle of the device.The nature of crude oil continues to improve,but the yield of gasoline and diesel,etc.There has not been a significant increase and so on.According to the alarm information statistics of the remote refining diagnostic information system that the enterprise has built,the number of alarms of the catalytic device is much higher than that of other refining devices.Therefore,how to improve the safety and stability of the catalytic cracking unit and reduce the number of alarms generated by the catalytic cracking unit has become an urgent problem facing the catalytic cracking unit.In addition,according to data,the coking problem in the catalytic cracking unit accounted for 2/3 of the entire cause of unplanned shutdowns.In 2013,the coking problem of Sinopec’s catalytic cracking unit was very prominent,and the problem of unplanned shutdowns was also more prominent.According to the alarm information statistics of the remote refining diagnostic information system that the enterprise has built,the number of alarms of the catalytic device is much higher than that of other refining devices.Therefore,how to improve the safety and stability of the catalytic cracking unit and reduce the number of alarms generated by the catalytic cracking unit has become an urgent problem facing the catalytic cracking unit.In addition,according to data,the coking problem in the catalytic cracking unit accounted for 2/3 of the entire cause of unplanned shutdowns.In 2013,the coking problem of Sinopec’s catalytic cracking unit was very prominent,and the problem of unplanned shutdowns was also more prominent.Therefore,this article aims to study the operation history of the enterprise’s catalytic cracking unit and the large amount of basic business data deposited during the operation,using big data technology as an analysis method to customize development and applications by combining the actual production status of enterprise installations,and try to solve the problem The alarm volume of the device is large,the amount of coking is difficult to predict,and the yield of high-value products is improved,thereby improving the production and operation level of the catalytic cracking unit and extending the operation period.In this process,when big data technology successfully completes industrialization verification for production companies,it brings direct economic benefits to the enterprise and facilitates the broad application of big data technology in the petroleum and petrochemical industries.
