| With the rapid development of domestic aerospace industry in recent years,the demand of aviation products has increased rapidly.The share of CNC machine tools in China’s aerospace industry is increasing year by year.CNC processing technology is the key technology means in the production and manufacturing of aerospace products.It is also used for the spare parts,components,engine parts,airborne products and auxiliary tooling in the process of aircraft production In the process of cutting,it has important application.With the development of CNC machining becoming network and integration,as well as the rapid development of computer software,hardware technology,automation control technology and network technology,manufacturing industry ushered in a major change.The existing CNC equipment of the company is mostly used in traditional ways.Production dispatcher and management personnel do not master the status of equipment resources on the production site,quality management personnel do not master the machining information of NC equipment in the process of machining parts.After receiving the production tasks under MES system,the production dispatcher arranges the equipment to process parts manually.During the process of processing The status of the process completion is fed back to MES system by manual filling and filling method with the part drawing number as the main line,which leads to the low production efficiency and management efficiency.However,the company has entered a rapid development period,facing a series of problems such as short delivery time,tight production task and backward production management.The existing production management system is facing unprecedented pressure.To solve the above problems,the CNC equipment on the production site needs to be centrally managed,the equipment status and processing information can be mastered in real time,the equipment status monitoring and processing data collection and storage can be realized,and the CNC equipment can be monitored remotely through authorized clients.Through the research and exploration of the communication technology and information management system of CNC equipment,this paper puts forward a digital and information network monitoring system of NC equipment status and processing information,and puts forward the detailed design and functional verification.The system collects the data of the NC equipment and the processing information of the parts in the production site,and processes the data by using the software system.The system realizes the status monitoring of the NC equipment,the data collection and storage of the parts in the manufacturing process,and solves the centralized management of the NC equipment resources in the production site and the digital management of the part processing process information.The system establishes the relational database of all parts processed by CNC equipment and the real-time database of running status and processing information of CNC equipment.Finally,the client and server software developed in this project are tested,and the networking test is carried out with SIEMENS 840 D,840D sl,FANUC 0i 18 i,31i and other numerical control equipment,which verifies the real-time and accuracy of the operation status and processing information system of the CNC equipment,and the operability,response speed and management level of the system meet the requirements. |
