Hydraulic components are commonly used in machinery and equipment,and their model and product dimensional accuracy are directly related to the performance of machinery and equipment.The existing contact measurement methods are not efficient and not suitable for batch online inspection.In order to solve the problem,this paper uses the fringe projection method to obtain the 3D point cloud of the surface of the oil distribution disc as the measurement object,and then extracts the key dimensions from the point cloud data and reconstructs the 3D model.The work of this paper is:Firstly,a 3D optical inspection platform is built based on a system model with loose geometrical constraints.The four-step phase shift method is used to solve the main value of the phase,and the dual frequency outlier method is used to expand the phase,and then the 3D point cloud data of the oil distribution disc surface is solved based on the absolute phase and the system parameters.Secondly,the point cloud edge extraction algorithm and the improved KD-tree neighbourhood extraction edge algorithm were used to obtain the boundary point cloud data of the oil distribution disc.Comparing the experimental results of these two algorithms,it can be seen that the point cloud edge extraction algorithm can only extract the boundary points of the outer circle contour of the oil distribution disc,while the improved KD-tree neighbourhood extraction edge algorithm can effectively extract the complete boundary points of the outer circle and inner hole contour of the oil distribution disc,and by changing the neighbourhood point k value and angle threshold j,the appropriate edge points of the oil distribution disc can be selected.On this basis,the extracted boundary point data is fitted using the spatial circle fitting algorithm to calculate the radii of the outer and inner circular holes of the oil distribution disc,and the dimensional measurement results meet the requirements of component inspection accuracy.Finally,based on the 3D contour point cloud data of the oil distribution disc,the Crust algorithm and the incremental mesh reconstruction algorithm were used to reconstruct the 3D model of the oil distribution disc.Comparing the experimental results of the two mesh surface reconstruction algorithms,it can be seen that the Crust algorithm results in more holes on the surface of the model,while the incremental mesh reconstruction algorithm results in a more complete 3D model.In summary,this paper has achieved the acquisition of 3D point cloud data on the surface of the oil distribution disc,extracted some dimensional parameters from it and reconstructed a 3D model of the disc.It can provide technical and methodological reference for the dimensional inspection and model reconstruction of similar disc-type hydraulic components.Figure [25] Table [8] Reference [62]...
