LPG(hereinafter referred to as LPG)is flammable and explosive.In the daily production and use process,once a large number of leaks occur,it can be mixed with the surrounding air to form an explosive mixture within a short time.Once there is an open fire,it is very easy to cause detonation accidents,causing heavy casualties and property.LPG supply station,as an intermediary of LPG transportation and storage,is naturally one of the major hazard sources in cities and towns.Therefore,in order to prevent LPG leakage caused by the occurrence of major accident hazards,this paper focuses on the leakage reason and leakage of LPG plant each function area classification research,analysis of the severity of the leak accident consequences,targeting different LPG leakage types of leakage characteristics,respectively,to determine the most reasonable,the most effective preventive measures,and after the accident emergency disposal method,as far as possible minimize risk accident,leakage and to prevent leakage of LPG plant daily after the measures have important practical engineering value.Based on a LPG supply station in Yucheng,Dezhou,this paper classified and summarized the leakage sources in each functional area of the station,analyzed the possible accidents and disasters according to the different leakage characteristics of each source,and proposed the most effective leakage prevention and accident treatment measures respectively.Is calculated using actual data statistics and the mathematical model and the research methods of combining with the entire station for leakage,the simplification of station inside buildings,equipment,physical model is established by using ICEM software,and with the help of FLUENT software,the largest LPG leakage probability within the plant and cause the most serious accident damage the leakage diffusion process for numerical simulation of tank area,summarize the rule of LPG leakage and diffusion,through its characteristics,puts forward reasonable accident emergency scheme,and aims at the problems of LPG plant,and reasonable retrofitting scheme being put forward.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)By reading relevant literature and understanding the research status at home and abroad,according to the sorting results,CFD numerical simulation and field investigation were adopted to simulate the leakage and diffusion of LPG tank supply station.(2)According to the different leakage control points(storage tank area,unloading area,canning area,process pipeline and equipment),the types of leakage are classified,the leakage causes and leakage characteristics of different leakage points are analyzed,and the hazard degree of different leakage control points is determined.(3)The advantage of FLUENT software was used to simulate the leakage in the tank area of the weakest and most dangerous leakage part in the LPG supply station.According to the simulation results,the diffusion law and leakage characteristics of LPG tank leakage were obtained,and the measures to deal with the accident were analyzed.(4)in Yu Cheng a LPG plant as an example,according to different leakage control points,the leakage reason,the corresponding accident prevention and treatment measures are put forward,and plugging measures of LPG tank leakage at the bottom of the process was analyzed,at the same time find the LPG plant on the defects of leakage protection technology,and put forward the renovation plan,to ensure the LPG plant more safe and stable operation.
