The Design Of Double Plane Grinding Machine Tool And Simulation Analysis Of Grinding Process

In recent years,with the development of the actospace equipment,optical instruments,electronic chips and health care industry,higherdemands are proposed forthe sorface quality and surface stress characteristies of parts Lapping process as a ultra-precision machinine techniquecums more and more attention,Based on the plane lapping research at home and abrcod research,a CNC dcuble platle lupping machine tool was designed,Lapping trajectory simulation was carriedout.Lapping quality evaluation was studied,and lapping experiment was conducted on the self-developed double plane lapping macltine tool The main research work is listed as follows.(1)A virtual proterype of flred atrasive CNC double plane grinding machine teel is developed using Solidworks software.The overall design scheme of the machine tool.compatient selection and CNC systern design scheme are given.The machine tool was debugged successfully.(2)Dynarnic and static qualities analysis of the machine tool were carried out using the Amusys Wack Bench finite element simulation software.The precision of the axis Z of the machine tool was measured using Renisha laser interferemeter.And pitch compensation was performicd to incrense the mechine tool precision.(3)Simulation analysis of lapping peocesis on the double plane lapping machine tool was carried using ADAMS software The effect of XY linkage wary.inltial phase,intial madins and speed tatio on the lapping trifjectory was obtained,Evaluntion basis of the uniformity of the lapping trajectory was propased by means of mathematical statistics,and finds cant two sets of better procens perancters.(4)The lapping experiment using the selocted proccas parumenters are carried out on the self-developed double plane lapping machine,The flatness and surface roughness of the lapping sufface were detected,and the results show the consistent of simulation analysis and the experimental results.
