| Tobacco is an important economic crop in our country.In the future,the development direction of the world cigarette is to reduce the harm and reduce the coke.As a good breeding material and the addition of mixed tobacco,the status of tobacco in tobacco cultivation and production is unshakable.In recent years,however,mahogany blind pursuit of production,production of chemical fertilizer on abuse in severe cases,lead to soil harden and harmful microbial populations and heavy metal residues,at the same time,long-term and extensive use of chemical pesticides caused the pesticide residues and environmental pollution prevention and control of tobacco diseases,insect and disease resistance and cabin myself again.In recent years,the research results show that endogenous and root related microorganisms can promote the growth and development of plants,promote nutrition absorption,and improve the resistance and disease resistance.Reports of yanbian tobacco research related to microbe is less,therefore,this research intends to adopt the method of pure culture separation promoting the different locations of mahogany rhizosphere and non rhizosphere,endogenous bacteria and actinomycetes,according to the bacteria morphology and 16 s rDNA part sequencing and homology analysis to identify the species;At the same time,the different ecological niche separation from different place and the same place of bacteria and actinomycetes were compared,in order to get different environmental and ecological effects on mahogany culturable bacteria,as a comprehensive grasp and make use of beneficial bacteria,further solve the mahogany adaptability and security problems in the process of planting,as well as the foundation for sustainable development of agriculture.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:1.Promoting the mahogany in rhizosphere soil of separation from 36 strains belong to bacillus genus respectively,serratia,sphingosine bacillus genus,lysine bacillus genus bacillus genus,class,giant bacteria genera,pseudomonas,yellow is a bacterium,shortwave,bacterium brevibacterium,dietz bacteria genera,tufting single cell bacteria,e.coli,alcaligenes,pale coli,white coli,rose belonging to 17 genera,bacterium bacillus genus and yellow belongs to bacterium of dominant fungi genera.The isolates of 3 strains of actinomycetes belong to Streptomyces.Promoting the mahogany in the rhizosphere soil of separation from 27 strains belong to bacillus genus respectively,serratia,sphingosine bacillus genus,lysine bacillus genus bacillus genus,class,section coli,pseudomonas,mycobacterium,short wave single cell bacteria genera,delft bacteria,tufting,e.coli bacterium,alcaligenes,pale coli,white bacillus genus,belonging to 16 genera,bacterium of roses which is suitable for advantage bacterium bacillus genus.The isolates of 3 strains of actinomycetes belong to Streptomyces.Promoting the mahogany root separation among 34 strains of bacillus genus respectively belong to branches,buds,eight fold aureus,bacillus genus,micro coli,yellow is a bacterium,serratia,pale coli,sphingosine bacillus genus,lysine bacillus genus,e.coli,pseudomonas genus,white coli,rose is a bacterium,alcaligenes 14 genera,including eight fold aureus and bacillus spores is dominant fungi.Five strains of actinomycetes were isolated from the genus Streptomyces and streptococcus.Yanbian mahogany separation on the stems of 18 strains respectively belong to yellow,bacterium pseudomonas genus,alcaligenes,bacillus genus 4 genera,including bacillus genus and alcaligenes as dominant fungi genera.The isolates of 4 strains of actinomycetes belong to Streptomyces and rhodococcus.Basked in yanbian tobacco leaf in the separation of 23 strains respectively belong to bacillus genus,micro bacillus genus,sphingosine coli bacteria genera,class fragrance,lysine bacillus genus,giant bacteria genera,pseudomonas,short steady coli,bacillus genus,alcaligenes,white bacillus belong to 11 genera,including bacillus genus and alcaligenes as dominant fungi genera.The isolated strain of 1 strain was Streptomyces.2.The bacterial strains belonging to the spore group were isolated in yanji.The bacterial strains belonging to mycobacterium and delft were isolated only in yanji nonrhizosphere.The bacterial strains belonging to the genus and staphylococcus aureus were isolated and isolated in the rhizosphere of yanji.The bacterial strains belonging to the giant bacteria were isolated from the root and leaf of yanji.The bacterial strains belonging to the genus bacillus were isolated from the non-rhizosphere of the tumen.The bacterial strains belonging to the genus bacillus were isolated and isolated in the tobacco roots.The bacterial strains of the genus fragrances and bacillus were isolated in longjing tobacco leaves only.Bacterial strains belonging to the genus bacillus were isolated in longjing and non-rhizosphere soils. |
