In order to survive and to get the longer-term development and the strong core competitiveness in the market competition,enterprises should develop a lasting competitive business enterprise development strategy.But often many far-sighted business strategy did not bring to the enterprise real effect,or even no effect.The reason is that the enterprises lack of an effective implementation of the strategy.For D company,how to survive in the market?where is the future direction of the company?how to solve the less than perfect internal processes and other issues?To solve these problems,the company’s managers are turning to the BSC(Balanced Score Card).They take the study on the BSC from the internal angle of enterprise and hope to use this method to guide the company’s strategy for the implementation of effective integration of resources.Therefore,the main problem of this study is that taking the in-depth study of the design process D Proper D Company BSC project.This paper will combine the theoretical study of the BSC and clarify the logical thinking and design the actual method which will use in the BSC implementation which will work as a base for the BSC project during D company.Firstly,this paper focuses on the basic principles of BSC and describes the core ideas,discusses concrete steps to implement the BSC,and summarized the various problem during the implementation process.Secondly,based on the analysis of the basic situation of D proper D company,this paper analyzes the strategic target of the company through the BSC index system and the principle,and designs the framework.Thirdly,the paper discusses the application of BSC in the implementation of D proper D company strategy,and summarizes the guiding principle of D proper D company in the design process.According to the inherent logic of BSC theory,this paper design the every level BSC index system of D proper D company.Finally,this study point out the working focus of every departments in the application of BSC in company D:financial sector,with a focus on the implementation of internal work processes;HR focus is on learning,growing,and internal operations;Financial dimensions of Marketing Department will work to focus on;Production focus is enforcement of internal operating procedures.We provided the three major safeguards for the BSC in company D that includes establishing high-level promotion and advocacy training mechanism;establishing real time monitoring and feedback mechanisms and establishing effective incentive mechanisms.
