The power industry is the basic industry of the national economy,and its safe operation increasingly depends on the security of the power communication system.With the birth of quantum computers,the traditional classical encryption methods can no longer guarantee the absolute security of information.Quantum secure communication is the product of the combination of quantum mechanics and cryptography,which can guarantee unconditional security of communication.In order to improve the security level of power communication,it is an inevitable trend to conduct research on quantum quantum communication of power.Quantum secret communication technology encountered two problems in the application of power systems:On the one hand,with the increase of power communication distance,the complex power grid environment will affect the QKD signal transmission performance.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out research on the environmental adaptability of power quantum secure communication.On the other hand,since most of the power transmission between services communication equipment appears through the E1 interface,and for the security and real-time requirements of power services communication.This paper proposes a power-specific E1 service quantum encryption VPN system to meet the communication needs of power services.First,this article introduces the physical characteristics of quantum mechanics to ensure the unconditional security of quantum secure communication.It also compares and analyzes four kinds of quantum secure communication technologies to select the most suitable technical solution for power communication networks;Secondly,by analyzing the influence of long-distance transmission environment of power communication network on quantum signals,a quantum secure communication scheme suitable for long-distance is proposed.Tests are conducted in the laboratory and on-site overhead fiber separately to ensure the long-term stability of QKD equipment and verify that the proposed scheme can reduce line losses;Finally,the demand analysis of power grid services communication is proposed,and a quantum encryption VPN system dedicated to E1 services is proposed.And the E1 services quantum encryption delay test was performed on its system,which proved that the delay is very stable and can meet the communication needs for relay protection services and dispatch automation services.
