The fertility of farmland soil affects agricultural production.Soil nematode is an indispensable part of soil ecological process in farmland ecosystem. It can characterize the change of soil physical and chemical properties under external management or environmental conditions.Soil nematodes have the potential to indicate soil health or quality. However, there are few reports on the dynamic response of soil nematode community structure to soil fertility level.Based on this, this experiment was carried out in the form of soil culture, potted wheat and corn and field experiment.According to the nutrient status in soil, the relationship between soil fertility comprehensive index method and soil nematode community structure characteristics was used to study and evaluate soil fertility levels. The main results are as follows:(1)In soil culture, potted wheat and corn experiments, fertilization significantly increased soil nutrient content. There was a positive correlation between soil fertility index(IFI)and fertilization level.(2)Pot wheat experiment:the correlation between soil nematode community structure and soil fertility index IFI and biomass showed that the relative abundance of bacteriophagy nematode was positively correlated with soil fertility index IFI,1000-grain weight and yield.(3)Pot corn experiment:the correlation between soil nematode community structure and soil fertility index IFI and biomass showed that the relative abundance of bacteriophage nematode was positively correlated with soil fertility index IFI,1000-grain weight and yield.(4)Correlation analysis of soil nematode community structure and soil fertility index IFI in field soil around huainan mining area showed that the relative abundance of bacteriophage nematode was positively correlated with soil fertility index IFI.In conclusion,it is found that the relative abundance of bacteriophagous nematodes is closely related to soil fertility level and crop yield. It has the potential to indicate the level of soil fertility. This study provides a new way to evaluate the level of soil fertility.
