Research On Interdepartmental Coordination Improvement Of SF Company Under The Background Of Integration Of Business And Finance

Harord Koontz,a famous American managerialist,said:"the essence of management is coordination".The focus of enterprise management is human activities.As early as the 1990s,foreign scholars put forward the management trend forecast of "Integration of Business and Finance ".Many pioneer enterprises in many industries in China got profound impress of the concept by learning mature foreign management concepts and practicing excellent foreign management systems.SF Company,after referring to the management methods of many large enterprises at home and abroad,decide to implement the integration of business and finance as an important strategy in order to cope with the increasingly fierce competition.The division system organization system implemented by SF Company in the early years has greatly assisted its rapid occupation of regional market and promotion of products and services,but the coordination contradictions among teams with distinct professional barriers also occur occasionally.SF Company hopes to promote the mutual understanding of functional departments and ease the conflict as well as promote the business performance by implementing the strategy of the integration of business and finance.According to the research framework of finding problems,——analyzing problems——solving problems,I review the relevant literature published by predecessors in forepart,then showing the organizational structure of SF Company,the division of work of each department,the operation concept of express business and the trial operation of SF Company's Business--Finance integration system to give readers a brief understanding of the general situation of the case company.I confirm the problems of interdepartmental coordination by launching interview researches to different departments which I found during daily work,deeply analyzing and suggestions are followed.This thesis interprets the problems from two restrained aspects of human and machine during the process of integration of business and finance promotion,addingorganization structure additionally within analysis,improving from three aspects simultaneously at last.SF Company is a leading logistics comprehensive service enterprise in China.By studying the work coordination of various departments of SF Company in combination with the Business--Finance integration system,it is helpful to clarify the key points of management in logistics enterprise in the future,to provide assistance for logistics enterprises to transform into intelligent logistics,and to be promoted on other logistics enterprises.
