Nowadays the high speed development of internet industry has provided enormous opportunities for e-commerce tourism.More and more people prefer booking air tickets、hotels and train tickets through online agency.Internet has utilized people’s lives in a very convenience way,e-booking reduced travel barriers.With the improvement of the social economy,people’s income raised gradually,so did their standard of living.Therefore,people would like to spend money in travelling.Meanwhile the development of internet has changed forms of marketing strategy.The traditional marketing strategy has been replaced for a more effective and diverse marketing strategy in order to meet the demand of the contemporary tourism market.C-trip is one of the leading company in e-commerce tourism.Which has accumulated diverse experience through years of operating and problem solving.Until now it is still expanding and upgrading their services and products to cater the needs of competitive markets.Since all sizes and types of companies have joined the e-commerce tourism market,it was a big challenge for C-trip to maintain its market share in the industry.Thus effective marketing strategy is the key to solve this problem.This paper use C-trip as an example.Based on the aspect of effective marketing strategy and their advantages;Use PEST and Michael Porter five forces model to analyzed the internal or external problems of the firm.To provide strategy plan and proposal for C-trip,in order to maintain its status in the travel market.Hopefully this will also provide useful advises to other internet company in the market.
