| Since the beginning of the 1990 s,the pattern of international trade division has been transformed, global value chain has become the new normal in the background of economic globalization. In the face of increasingly fierce international market competition,China’s manufacturing comes into "Big but Weak" situation. The academics believe that the main reason is that China’s manufacturing industry has a low level of service, making the industry always in the low value chain.Based on this, this paper attempts to calculate the service level of China’s manufacturing export trade, and gives suggestions from the three levels of government, industry and enterprise.Under the background of the global value-chain division model, this article uses OECD-ICIO to distinguish the processing-trade data, and respectively calculates the domestic and foreign added value of service in China’s manufacturing exports.Based on the analysis of present situation, this article studied Chinese manufacturing export service level from 2005 to 2015.The article have got the following conclusions:(1)From 2005 to 2015,the domestic service content in general trade and processing trade exports both showed an upward trend. In the case of general trade,domestic-services added value far exceeds that of foreign services, and the service transformation of China’s manufacturing exports shows a clear trend of “domestic services replaces foreign services”;(2)Added value of general trade fall behind most countries or regions in the world.Compared with the world average, although there is still a gap between added value of processing trade and the world average level, the gap is small and barely maintained at the median level;(3)From around 2013,the service level of the Chinese medium technology manufacturing industry has been rapidly improved, and the speed of domestic service transformation is higher than the low-tech and high-tech manufacturing industries. On the basis of the above research conclusions, further research on the path of manufacturing export servitization in government, industry and enterprise perspective is discussed, and give final conclusions and recommendations. |
