| Although the food safety situation in China was stable and improved,but because of the asymmetry of food safety information,food safety information failed to transmit effectively,cause it is difficult to identify the safe and non safe food enterprises,consumers are still worried about the status of food safety.From the government perspectives,through improving and strengthening food safety risk communication mechanism,it is a effective way to solve this problem.This article starts from the enterprise itself perspectives,try to use the principle of CIS to build brand image for consumers in catering industry,strengthening the recognition of food safety,transmiting information of enterprise food safety to consumers through brand image,enhance the identifiability of food safety,to enable consumers to "recognize brand,identify safety",not only can satisfy the consumer’s demand for food safety,but also enables enterprises to make profits by doing food safety work well,it is beneficial to the long and healthy development of the food and beverage industry.In this paper,J vegetarian restaurant is selected as the research object,First,from the two aspects of business management and corporate image,the brand research of J vegetarian restaurant is carried out.,understanding the shortage of enterprise brand construction.Secondly,I apply the PEST model,SWOT model and industry competitor analysis theory,understand the resources and advantages of J vegetarian restaurants under the objective external macro environment,grasp the right direction of brand strategy development.Thirdly,through the investigation of customer characteristics of vegetarian restaurant in J,I can clearly identify the target customers,understanding the needs of the target customers,to explore the relationship between CIS and consumers’ food safety needs,helping enterprises to define brand positioning.Fourthly,based on the existing research foundation,we should make clear the direction of CIS brand planning and apply the CIS principle.replanning MIS,BIS,VIS in the J vegetarian restaurant,refining the simple and intension of enterprise concept,standardizes the dailymanagement and behavior specification of the enterprise.Finally,the VIS basic system design and VIS application system design for J vegetarian restaurant were completed,lay the foundation for the effective implementation of brand strategy in the future.In addition,in the process of CIS planning,the food safety management concept and behavior of J vegetarian restaurant were perfected,it reduces the risk of food safety,and avoids the economic loss and brand reputation damage caused by food safety problems.At the same time,we will display high-quality,safe and reliable brand image to consumers. |
