Comprehensive evaluation of enterprise makes managers focus on input-output analysis and resources optimization allocation through comprehensive and in-depth understanding of many factors affecting the current operation and long-term development of enterprises,then promotes the realization of corporate strategic objectives,and it is essentially the further deepening and expansion of corporate financial analysis and growth research.Modern Agricultural Industrial Park is a new form of agricultural modernization development and an important intermediate form for realizing the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.Under the guidance of national strategies and policies,Modern Agricultural Industrial Park develops rapidly but encounters many problems and bottlenecks inevitably at the same time,such as market positioning,marketing strategy,funding plan,basic management,talent allocation,planting arrangement and technical support,etc.The focus of this paper is to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and improvement strategy research on the operation status of C Modern Agricultural Industrial Park Co.,LTD.The main contents include the following three parts.Firstly,clarify the principles,ideas and processes for the selection of indicators,then construct C Park operation status comprehensive evaluation index system and determine the weights of the first,second and third grade indicators using AHP,FD and Likert Five-Level Scale respectively.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the research object and the applicability principle,construct the dynamic evaluation model of C Park operation status with Gray Comprehensive Evaluation method,and implement empirical research of C Park based on different evaluation criteria,including the actual operation status and the feasibility assessment results,then analyze the evaluation scores.Thirdly,carry out systematic strategic analysis and market analysis of C Park,including grasping the internal and external strategic environment and market competitiveness by PEST,Enterprise Capability Analysis and SWOT,obtaining information of the market status of C Park in terms of popularity,consumer satisfaction,consumer groups through market survey and Listing Analysis,then propose improvement strategies for C Park from five aspects of technology,commerce,finance,management and society correspondingly.After systematic research,the paper draws the following conclusions.On one hand,the comprehensive evaluation model of C Park operation status has operability and applicability.On the other hand,it is of necessity and practical significance to conduct strategic enterprise comprehensive evaluation and improvement strategy research for modern agricultural industrial park enterprises.The main innovations of this paper are as follows.Firstly,carry out a “multi-indicators” comprehensive evaluation with C Park as an independent research object,and conduct an improvement strategies research according to the results of strategic analysis and market analysis.Secondly,construct an indicator system based on the six divisions of business operations theory from Henri Fayol.In addition,implement double evaluations based on different standards to grasp the development trends of C Park,and make full use of the strategic orientation of the comprehensive evaluation.
