The total investment of the underground integrated pipe corridor project of TS Company is RMB 1 billion.It is a key project for the construction of the modern industrial park in Q City using the PPP model.The underground pipe gallery is also known as "integrated pipe ditch" and "common ditch",namely the construction of a public space in the underground of the urban road,comprehensive placement of water,heat,electricity,gas,communications and other types of municipal pipelines,unified entry corridor,unified management.With the development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization,governments all over the nationwide have applied PPP model to urban infrastructure construction.However,due to the huge investment,long construction cycle,large number of participants,complex financing structure,and many uncertain factors in the construction process of the underground pipeline PPP project of TS Corporation,risk identification and evaluation mechanisms must be introduced during the construction process of the project.In order to ensure the rapid and healthy development of the project construction.Firstly,the background and significance of the thesis are expressed,the present research status of home and abroad are combed,research method and basic venation of the thesis are briefly described.Secondly,the concept,development and basic characteristics of the underground pipe gallery,PPP construction model,risk management are expounded.Thirdly,several methods of risk identification and risk evaluation are analyzed,the analytical method of ISM-HMM structure,AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are analyzed.The risk recognition framework system and risk evaluation model of the underground integrated pipe shop PPP project of TS company are constructed.This paper makes a systematic study and analysis of risk identification and risk evaluation,and concludes that the research methods and technical route adopted in this paper are scientific and feasible.The introduction of risk identification and evaluation mechanism is a necessary prerequisite for the successful implementation of the project.It is hoped that the research of this paper can improve the risk management level of the underground integrated pipe shop PPP project of TS Corporation.At the same time,it can provide reference for similar projects in China.
