The Term Translation Practice Report Of "Application For Registration Of Establishment Of Foreign-Invested Company"

In the 2019 World Bank Doing Business Report,China’s current business environment assessment ranked 46 th,lagging behind the strength of China’s world’s second largest economy.The translation of relevant documents especially those legal-related documents in China’s foreign development is one of the reasons.And part of the translation difficulties focuses on the application letter for company establishment registration.At present,the Chinese government pays special attention to the improvement of the business environment.This paper also analyzes the major terms in the Application for Registration of Establishment of Companies with Foreign Investment.The paper is divided into four parts: the first part introduces the background;the second part introduces the translation strategy of Application Form for Establishment Registration of Foreign Investment Companies;the third part is an overview and translation of the major terms in the Application for Registration of Establishment of Foreign Investment Companies.The fourth part is the conclusion.On the above basis,this paper mainly analyzes the procedural requirements for foreign investors to set up companies in China,and mainly studies the translation of the registration letters of such enterprises in the city’s Administration for Industry and Commerce and the Municipal Committee of Commerce at the time of their establishment and relevant transaction documents in such business contacts.With a view to contributing to the translation of such procedural documents and the standardization of the complicated procedures for such registration applications.
