| Theobald Boehm(born April 9,1794,in orszymerk,Munich,Germany;died November 25,1881),German instrument reformer,composer,flutist,known as the most contribution to the history of wind musicians.Influenced by romanticism and limited by the shape and structure of Musical Instruments,the idea of flute reform was born,and the "Boehm system" was finally formed through step by step improvement.Boehm’s "Grande Polonaise" was created in 1831.At that time,Boehm was working on developing and reforming the flute.Therefore,many insiders believe that Boehm took this work as the practice object of his musical instrument reform and showed it to the public,which greatly improved the flexibility of flute and music expressive force.With its unique charm and superb show off melody,this flute works is one of the most played works in various competitions and concerts.This paper takes Theobald Boehm’s "Grande Polonaise" as the research object,through the introduction and research of romantic music and the life and contribution of Boehm,this paper expounds the background andcharacteristics of “Grand Polonaise” creation,this paper briefly analyzes the structure and creative features of the “Grand Polonaise”,and combines the author’s own playing experience,based on the analysis of breath,timbre,finger technique,change of speed and strength used in the music,some Suggestions are given,thus,it gives a multi-angle and multi-level analysis of " Grand Polonaise ".This paper tries to make more flute players and researchers have a deep understanding of this excellent work,lay a solid foundation for the follow-up study of flute and open a new door for better performance of this piece. |
