A Research On The Improvement And Perfection Of The Emergency Management System Of Airline A

An unprecedented SARS epidemic situation in 2003 caused many organizations,companies and schools to stop their production,businesses and classes,with the whole society positively fighting the epidemic.At the end of the situation,all walks of life widely carried out research into emergency management.In 2006,the national government began to establish national emergent public event plan system.Civil aviation emergency plan is part of the national plan system,and aviation companies also actively built up emergency mechanism,taking safety as priority.However,the concept and connotations of emergencies for civil aviation companies have long been limited to air strikes or damaged aircrafts,and have not been extended to all events that impact flight safety or normal operation.The paper aims to study the construction and improvement of emergency management system in civil aviation companies,so as to gradually define a work plan for the construction of emergency management system of civil aviation companies,taking events as the center,operation plan as key point and information system as support.In this way,the operability of emergency plan of aviation companies can be enhanced and their emergency management mechanism be improved.According to my recent learning and research,the author has collected and summarized preparation method for establishing and improving emergency management system in civil aviation companies,which,hopefully,could be of important reference to and be revised in the emergency management of routine businesses of aviation companies.The designs of emergency management mechanism mainly strengthen control of safety risks and lower the probability of or avoid safety events.Therefore,it is of most significance to safety of production and development of companies to learn advanced management concept and further improve the emergency management system.Taking into account of real cases,the paper analyzes the emergency management mechanism of production safety accidents of the company,puts forward corresponding advice to improve management and draw experience from such accidents,thus laying a good foundation for enhancing emergency management of aviation companies in the future.
