Research On The Construction Of Township Ecological Economy From The Perspective Of Governance

In recent years,the changes in the natural environment and the demand for economic development have driven the deepening of related research on ecological and economic construction in China,and the areas and problems involved have become more and more complex.Nowadays,the ecological and economic construction of towns and townships has become a new topic in economic development.How to transform the development of the ecological economy in the township area as a social foundation has become an issue that the government and scholars are closely concerned about.As a complex project,the ecological and economic construction of towns and villages needs various supports.The primary government that is the main body of governance should adjust its own role,and how the public participates in it.This has given birth to townships under the governance perspective.Research on Ecological Economic Construction.This paper selects a new perspective on the ecological and economic construction of towns and villages under the management perspective.Through the analysis and induction of basic theories,successful practices,and overseas relevant experiences,it points out the ways of ecological economic construction and the change of government functions,highlighting the importance of public participation.To sum up the role of good governance in response to the ecological and economic construction of townships and towns.This article is divided into five parts.The first part thoroughly analyzes the theory of township ecological economic construction under the perspective of governance.The second part explains the necessity of township ecological economic construction in China from two aspects: theory and practice.The third part explores the relevant experiences of the ecological economic development and governance of overseas typical countries and regions from the three perspectives of ecology,governance and law.The fourth part inspects the measures and effects of new ecological economic governance in Genche town,focusing on its development from the traditional mode to the new eco-economic model based on e-commerce.Finally,we put forward the countermeasures for the development and governance of our country’s township ecological economy from the perspective of governance,pointing out that we should seek breakthrough in light of regional economic development needs in different dimensions.
