Research On 3D Tooth Arrangement Design Technology Of PDC Drill Bit Based On B/S Architecture

After nearly half a century of development,PDC bit has been an important tool in the field of oil and gas exploitation.In the past ten years,many experts and scholars have proposed the personalized design of PDC bit to meet the demand of the market.The traditional artificial exploratory method has the characteristics of low efficiency,long cycle,unstable quality,complex optimization and adjustment process,difficult to meet the demand of the design market of PDC drilling bit.Combining computer aided(CAD)technology,Internet technology and traditional PDC bit design technology is the development trend of PDC bit design technology in the future.Developing a software that include the theory of PDC bit tooth arrangement and CAD technology and Internet technology,being a way to solve the problem.Based on NX software platform and classic B/S architecture,PDC bit tooth arrangement design software was developed.(1)This paper summarizes the development of PDC bit tooth arrangement and its design technology,summarizes and puts forward a scheme to improve the design efficiency of PDC bit.(2)Researched the Internet technology and CAD technology,designs the suitable software and hardware and introduced the software and technology involved in PDC bit tooth arrangement designing software.(3)Researched the PDC bit tooth arrangement technology and its theory.Combining with the working principle of the PDC bit,geometric basis,the classical theory of tooth arrangement,related mathematical model is established,in order to achieve the design technology of the insert arrangement part of PDC bit theoretical basis to the parameterized design.(4)Researched the key technology of the parametric design method of PDC bit tooth arrangement.Designed the software of PDC bit tooth arrangement designing.Researched the data of PDC bit tooth arrangement designing.Based on the Internet technology,PDC bit tooth arrangement designing and parameter management software based on B/S architecture is designed,and its programming is realized.
