| Silver nanowires has many excellent properties,and thus has been widely used,especially the high conductivity and thermal conductivity of nanosilver wire.In the future,it will be a good choice for conductive materials.At present,indium tin oxide is the most important material for making ITO conductive glass,but the production process of indium tin oxide is cumbersome,the manufacturing cost is high,and the conductivity is not high.At the same time,the distribution of indium in the earth’s crust is relatively small,it is very scattered,and mining is difficult.It is also a non-renewable resource.Many researchers are actively looking for a new type of material that can replace ITO.Nano silver wires are the best choice for flexible transparent conductive materials due to their high transparency,bending resistance,good electrical conductivity,and easy preparation.Therefore,the preparation of nano-silver wires with controllable morphology is the key to the application of flexible transparent conductive materials.In this paper,silver nanowires was used as the research object,and nano-silver wire was prepared by liquid-phase polyol method.The properties of the prepared silver nanowires were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffractometry and transmission electron microscopy.The silver nanowires were prepared by liquid-phase polyol two-step method.With Pt and Ag as mixed seeds,the ratio of the amount of Pt and Ag substances,the preparation time of seed crystals,the concentration of seed crystals,and the seed crystals during the preparation of seed crystals were investigated.The effect of preparation temperature on the growth of silver nanowires was investigated.Then the influence of the average molecular weight of PVP,the molar ratio of PVP to silver nitrate,the crystal growth temperature,the crystal growth time,and the concentration of silver nitrate on the growth of silver nanowires was investigated.Experiments show that Pt and Ag are mixed seeds.The optimal conditions are:the ratio of Pt and Ag substances is 1:1,the seed incubation time is 20 min,seed growth temperature is160°C.,and the average molecular weight of PVP is 58000.The molar ratio of PVP to silver nitrate was 3:1,the crystal growth temperature was 160°C,and when the crystal growth time was 2 h,the silver nanowires prepared were the best.Silver nanowires were prepared using one-step liquid-phase polyols using PVP as coating agent.The effects of control agent ions,reaction temperature,silver nitrate concentration,molar ratio of PVP to silver nitrate,and average molecular weight of PVP on silver nanowire growth were explored through experiments.The optimum preparation conditions were as follows:CuCl2·2H2O concentration of 4 mM/L and an amount of 2 mL,Cl-concentration of 2×10-55 mM,the ratio of PVP and AgNO3substances was 3:1,and the average molecular weight of PVP was 58000,the best prepared nano silver wire. |
