Heavy oil needs to be viscosity reduction processed before the exploitation,usually with high-temperature steam injection method.The traditional method is building steam stations on the ground,and transport steam to the producing wells through the central control system.The distance,pipe insulation technology,depth and other factors caused low quality of steam,low dryness.A lot of heat is lost during transmission,therefore,the traditional way of steam injection is facing the challenges of new technologies.Downhole steam generator technology,as a new solutions to offshore heavy oil and deep heavy oil,overcomes the shortcomings of the heat losing during steam transmission process.In this paper,theoretical analysis and experimental verification of research methods were used.Describing working principle of downhole electric steam generator,selecting the electromagnetic induction as a heating element.Electromagnetic induction heating,induction coil,heat transfer performance were studied and analyzed in depth.Thorough mathematical modeling and analytical method derive out the magnetic field strength distribution of a tube,solving vortex field distribution to deduce out the expression of the equivalent load resistor R and the equivalent reactance Ⅹ,and actual results can be achieved precision applications.Establish an equivalent circuit model of induction heating,analysis the series circuit and parallel circuits frequency feature,Referencing existing installations,design a downhole electromagnetic steam generator.Selected frequency 0.2-2kHz and calculates the equivalent electrical parameters when the frequency at 1kHz,such as equivANSOFT alent reactance,current,and compensation capacitors,the efficiency is about 85.4%.Using to analysis the magnetic field distribution and eddy current field distribution of different coil,analyze the impact of different materials on the magnetic field distribution of the magnetic field distribution;FLUENT simulation under different heat transfer and structural test heat transfer characteristics;building test platform to verify the feasibility of the design and to see the correctness of simulation.The equipment start quickly and transform water into high-temperature steam in a short time.Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification,downhole electromagnetic steam generator has a good and stable conversion efficiency,and the program proved simple and feasible,with certain applications and reference value.
