The Model Selection And Application Research Of The Finance Shared Service Of Enterplrise Group

With the development of economic globalization,the development trend of enterprises has gradually diversified and scaled.A large number of group enterprises and transnational corporations are emerging.There are more and more mergers and acquisitions.But management problems arise in many group companies,which lead to the decline of management and control capability.However,the finance shared service is an effective way to solve the problems.In recent years,as the concept of finance shared service has been spreading and developing,and the rapid development of the information system has been providing support for the implementation of finance shared service.More and more enterprises begin to prepare for the implementation of the finance shared service.The first thing to consider before implementation is the question of mode selection.This paper describes the concept of finance shared service,four modes and their characteristics,and establishes the model selection model.This paper uses the case study method and the literature research method to study the application of finance shared service on the basis of the case of the Sunshine Insurance Group.This paper firstly defines the concept of finance shared service,then summarizes four modes which includes basic mode,market mode,advanced market mode and independent business mode,and characteristics of finance shared service.It makes a comparative analysis and concludes that the four models are an evolutionary relationship,and they are becoming more and more marketable.According to the actual situation of enterprises,this paper analyzes the influence factors of selecting finance shared service mode:the goal of implementing finance shared service,external environment factors,enterprise's life cycle,state of control and the risk of financial shared services.By scoring and the weight setting of these five factors,it establishes a model of service model selection.Although this model is only applicable to the general situation,it still has some guiding role for the enterprise in the mode selection.This paper chooses the case of the Sunshine Insurance Group to study the application of the choice of finance shared service mode.According to the current situation of Sunshine Insurance Group,the paper concludes that now the company is suitable for the market mode of finance shared service.It puts forward the corresponding suggestion of the mode transformation.The company should clear its service functions,expand the scope of services,expand service content,and optimize the process,so as to ensure the high-speed operation of finance shared services,and realize the effective transformation of finance shared service model.Although there are many advantages in implementing financial sharing services,there are many points to be noticed in the process.Combining with the case of the Sunshine Insurance Group,this paper puts forward the points that should be paid attention to when implementing financial,shared services.The enterprises should get the management support,choose the suitable model,build the efficient business process,and pay attention to the risk control.Only by attaching importance to these aspects can we successfully establish a finance shared service center,thus reducing the cost of enterprise management,strengthening the control of enterprises.This paper argues that the implementation of finance shared service in enterprises can not only solve the problems of "large enterprise disease",but also improve the core competitiveness and realize the maximum value.During the World Internet Conference,General Secretary Xi also proposed to develop the digital economy and the sharing economy.It is hoped that this article can provide reference for enterprises that are preparing to implement finance shared service and for the enterprises to improve the finance shared service model.
