In order to meet a large number of personalized needs caused by the increasing living standards of people,the production mode of manufacturing enterprises has gradually shifted to the customized production mode of small batch and multiple varieties.The independent operation of each link of a single manufacturing enterprise have been difficult to respond to the personalized needs of high-frequency changes independently and quickly.It has become an inevitable choice to integrate the resources of various links in the supply chain for coordinated operation.Due to the high uncertainty of personalized demand,the operation process of the supply chain is inevitably subject to dynamic interference from orders,resources,quality and other aspects.Therefore,under the customized production mode,how to face the random dynamic interference through the coordinated operation of the related links to achieve the overall optimization of the operation of the supply chain has become a key challenge.This thesis takes the production and distribution links as the research object.Effectively meet individual needs through dynamic optimization and collaborative decision-making in production and distribution.First of all,this thesis analyzes the production-distribution operation problems caused by random and highly dynamic interference,and further explains the necessity and difficulties faced by the production-distribution synchronization operation under dynamic interference.Secondly,the synchronous decision-making information architecture is constructed based on digital twins in view of the difficulties of production-distribution synchronization operation under dynamic interferences.The architecture provides basic information support for synchronous decision-making and collaborative operation of production and distribution by providing real-time accurate image and dynamic virtual simulation of productiondistribution execution status.Next,this thesis designs a production-distribution synchronous decision-making mechanism driven by digital twins.This mechanism effectively adjusts the dynamic online decision-making of the composition,operation and coordination of production units and distribution units,which effectively responds to the dynamic interference that occurs during the execution of production and distribution.Then,in view of the characteristics of production-distribution operations and the combination of collaborative optimization methods that can effectively solve the distributed decision of complex systems,this thesis establishes the production-distribution synchronous decision optimization model.The model quantitatively maintains the feasible optimal operation state under the dynamic effect of the whole process of production-distribution.Finally,this thesis takes the production-distribution synchronous operation of a large chemical production enterprise as an example.By using the Matlab simulation software for simulation and comparative analysis,it is proved that the production-distribution synchronous decision-making method proposed in this thesis can effectively deal with dynamic interference.And through the sensitivity analysis of dynamic size and dynamic occurrence time,it provides management enlightenment with certain reference value for enterprise managers.
