| The Global Navigation Satellite System has been widely used in various fields of human production and life.Cross dipole antenna is widely used in navigation receivers because of its excellent circular polarization characteristics and easy to design and fabricate.In this paper,based on Chinese Compass satellite navigation system and American Global Positioning System,broadband technology,miniaturization technology,wide beam technology,artificial electromagnetic structure technology are used on designing the antenna which is able to work on both Compass and GPS navigation satellite receiver.The design theory of circular polarization antenna is studied.The design theory of circular polarization antenna is studied.The designed antenna is loaded with artificial electromagnetic structure(AMC)and simulated.In this paper,the following three aspects were introduced in detail:1.The theory of the antenna as well as the development history and design principle of the cross dipole antenna are summarized.From the cross dipole antenna's development foundation,we analyzed the characteristics of cross dipole antenna in different forms and the design ideas of the cross dipole antenna.The principle of circular polarization of cross dipole antenna are analyzed.2.Taking classic single feed multiple frequency and broadband cross dipole antenna as an example,the design ideas of multi frequency and broadband radiation structures are analyzed.A new type of single feed cross dipole antenna radiation structure is proposed.The antenna has a slot cross bow type structure of radiation and it has Broadband and wide beam characteristics.In this paper,the antenna is simulated and is fabricated.The production is measured,and the measured results are analyzed.3.In order to improve the bandwidth of the antenna,reduce the center frequency of antenna,the AMC structure is designed.The AMC is able to add a resonant frequency point to the antenna,while maintaining constant or decreasing the size of the antenna and reducing the center frequency of the antenna in the same time.The AMC is analyzed in detail.We design the AMC according to the radiation characteristics of the antenna,and antenna structure loading of AMC is simulated.The simulation results are analyzed.Based on the engineering background,this paper studies the single fed circularly polarized cross dipole antenna which worked on Compass navigation and GPS satellite navigation system.This paper is significance to the engineering and scientific research work. |
