With the development of Internet and the progress of cloud service,as one of the indispensable means of modern enterprises,the automation office system is gradually integrated into the production and operation of large and medium-sized enterprises.The automation office system integrates all employee information,task information,workflow information and knowledge into the database.The accumulation of a large number of data provides the soil for data mining.The data in the automatic office system is of great value.It is difficult to find the rules and knowledge in it by traditional methods.So it is imperative to mine the data of the automatic office system.As a financial technology company,computer development and operation and maintenance are its main business.Therefore,the direction of data mining in this paper mainly focuses on the analysis of the information retained in the development process,so as to analyze the efficiency problems in code production and production contradictions in production management,so as to analyze and optimize the management means and business processes of the company,and improve the efficiency of production management within the company.In this paper,the k-means algorithm of data mining algorithm is used to mine the task information of the automatic office system from the two dimensions of task and employee,by combining the dimensions of task quantity,task content richness,task processing time,employee type and employee level.Through the combination of task processing capacity,employee level and employee type,we can find the differences of production efficiency in different employee levels,as well as the differences in production efficiency between internal employees and outsourcing employees.Through the analysis of handover time and dispatch time in the task processing time,we can find out the main stage of employee's work efficiency in a day.Through the mining of task content richness,this paper analyzes the habits of different employees for task description,so as to analyze the communication cost of the production line in the company,and then make corresponding analysis for improving the production efficiency and reducing the communication cost of the company.Through the combination analysis and mining of various information existing in the two dimensions of task and employee,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the management structure,management habits,business processes and other aspects of the company,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.After data mining,aiming at the phenomena found in data mining and the corresponding thinking and analysis,the most representative business process in the company is optimized and integrated again.By combining the process optimization methods of DMAIC method,ECRs method and SDCA cycle,combined with the production suggestions given by different departments,the business process is explored after multiple proofs Analyze and optimize reengineering.After running for a period of time,through the questionnaire analysis and data intuitive analysis,the business process before and after the optimization is compared and analyzed,and it is concluded that after the optimization,the business flow efficiency of the company has been significantly improved.The mining method scheme and process optimization method scheme put forward in this paper combine practice with theory,which not only meets the exploration and research of knowledge,but also achieves the research goal.At the same time,the design scheme also conforms to the scientific standard,which can provide theoretical support for other relevant personnel to a certain extent.
