In recent years,the global Internet has been seriously threatened.Various network attacks,such as cyber economic crimes,cyber theft and so on,have become the key factors endangering social stability and national security.In view of the increasingly complex network security environment and the increasingly severe network security threats,it is urgent to carry out accurate network security measurement by scientific and effective methods and means in order to grasp the whole network security situation in real time and provide the basis for security decision-making.The main purpose of this paper is to solve the problem of quantitative and qualitative evaluation of network security,referring to the relevant network security situation assessment algorithms,and by means of advanced artificial intelligence deep learning technology,to build a network security Indication System based on Cyber Range,and to further provide important reference for network security Indication System based on large data.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Design of Hierarchical Network Security Indication System for Cyber RangeTo study the design idea of hierarchical network security Indication System for Cyber Range,it is necessary to first put forward the design principle of network security Indication System based on the characteristics of cyber Range,then combine the actual situation,select the appropriate basic attribute indicators of network security hierarchically,and finally initial quantized process the different basic network security indicators by combining qualitative and quantitative normalization,thus a set of input data acceptable to the deep learning network is obtained.(2)Construction method of network security Indication System based on BP neural networkFirstly,the system framework and algorithm of constructing network security Indication System based on BP neural network are designed and implemented.Then,the parameter setting and the convergence of gradient descent algorithm are tested and verified.Finally,an optimal parameter setting method of constructing network security Indication System algorithm based on BP neural network is given and experimented to verify the validity of the algorithm.(3)Construction of Network Security Indication System Based on Deep LearningFirstly,the system framework and algorithm of network security Indication System based on convolutional neural network are designed and implemented.Then,the method of data preprocessing and how to construct the input of convolutional neural network based on network security elements is given.Finally,by evaluating the rationality of convolutional neural network in different depths and test verification,an optimum method for constructing the Cyber Range network security Indication System based on convolution neural network is presented,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by experiments.
