With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people's living standard,a variety of smart home,smart wearable device products are emerging incessantly,China's various smart wearable device market demand is high,and shipments are increasing year by year.At present and even in the future,China's aging is becoming more and more serious,and the aging population will be more and more,bringing with it a series of social problems such as "empty nest elderly","elderly lost","elderly fall unaided",etc.Therefore,the development of intelligent wearable devices for the health monitoring of the elderly has great application value and social significance.In this paper,we propose the software and hardware design solutions for the Smart Device for the aged(Perception Box and Bracelet,App of Smart Device for the aged and Cloud Platform of Smart Device for the aged).Perception box and bracelet upload the perceived multi-sensor data to the IoT platform through narrowband IoT;App of smart device for the aged and cloud platform of smart device for the aged can read data in real time and also give commands;the perception box,cloud platform and APP can communicate with each other.The main work was as follows.(1)Software and hardware design between the Perception Box,Bracelet,Bracelet and Perception Box,Perception Box and IoT platform.The hardware design of the Perception Box and Bracelet is implemented with multiple sensors,master control chips and wireless communication modules.In particular,the bracelet is equipped with a heart rate detection module.The Perception Box is equipped with temperature and humidity sensor,attitude sensor,GPS module,NB communication module,sound and light alarm key circuitry,etc.The software part mainly involves the algorithm for calculating heart rate in the bracelet,analysis of temperature and humidity data in the Perception box and wireless transmission of NB module data.(2)Intelligent monitoring of the elderly by means of fall detection technology and data fusion.The acceleration sensor-based fall detection is based on the perception data measured by the attitude sensor,and the characteristic values of the combined acceleration,combined angular velocity and tilt angle are extracted by the Kalman filter preprocessing,and a threshold value is set to determine whether the human body has fallen.Multi-sensor data fusion using temperature,humidity,heart rate and fall detection to determine the current level of risk to the elderly by delineating data thresholds,generalizing and extracting multiple rules.(3)The design and implementation of multi-point data visualization for the Perception Box,cloud and mobile APP.App of Smart Device for the aged developed based on Android Studio and the Cloud Platform of Smart Device for the aged developed based on Eclipse read the data uploaded to the IoT platform in real time,store the data and display the data through the cloud,while the mobile APP application can also send commands to the perception box to activate the alarm signal through the cloud,realizing multi-point communication between the perception box and the cloud and mobile APP.The operation test of the Smart Device for the aged system shows that it can realize the continuous real-time monitoring of the heart rate,posture data,environmental parameters and geographical location of the elderly,and can send an alarm signal when there are abnormalities in human health parameters or falls,providing an active and effective means of monitoring and warning for the health of the elderly.
