Visual News Research On Current Political Topics On People's Daily Online

With the innovation of news report form,visual news has gradually become the norm.Current political news is an important political topic.It is usually serious,obscure and boring,which greatly reduces the communication effect of current political news.Therefore,news producers constantly innovate the way of current political news and present it in a visual form.As a key propaganda position of China's political news,People's Daily online is relatively complete and more distinctive in visual exploration of current political news.Therefore,this paper takes the visualization of current political news on People's Daily online as the research object to study and analyze the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of the visualization processing of current political news.The year 2014 is the first year of media convergence,and the concept of visual news was introduced into China from 2014.Therefore,the time node of this paper's research samples is from 2014 to 2018.This paper mainly analyzes the content features,visual presentation forms and narrative features of the visualized political news on People's Daily online.Using content analysis method as the main research method,three categories are established.Firstly,the first part analyzes the content characteristics of current political visualization news on People's Daily online from the perspectives of news topics,information sources,regions and news purposes.The second part analyzes the characteristics of different visual presentation modes from the perspective of tone and chart types,and obtains the choice of different news topics in the visualization mode through the cross-analysis with news topics.The third part is the narrative analysis of People's Daily online visualization of current political news,including the changes of narrators.The last part is based on the previous analysis,through the selected People's Daily online visualization of the typical examples of political news for a detailed analysis,its shortcomings,and put forward optimization strategy.In order to visualize the current political news can continue to meet the requirements of the era of visual news,but also to do a good job in the depth of content analysis.
