Surface Plasmon Resonance(SPR)technology has many advantages: low cost,high sensitivity,real-time detection,convenient and fast,and samples do not need to be marked and many more,because of these advantages,biochemical detection,food safety,disease diagnosis,environmental monitoring and other fields have wiely used SPR technology in recent years,and it has brought good results.Based on the principle of SPR,this paper uses optical fiber sensing technology to solve the problem of biochemical detection.The specific contents are listed as follows:This paper first introduces the development history and application of SPR technology,and introduces the situation and development trend of optical fiber SPR sensor.The principle of SPR sensing technology is proposed and theoretical analysis is carried out,and introducing the application of SPR technology in the field of biochemical detection.The experimental device,the manufacturing process of the sensing fiber and self-built sensing system in the experiment are described.The software design based on LabVIEW virtual software is described.It can complete data acquisition,analysis,display and storage operations in real time.Contrary to the differences of the nature of chiral molecular enantiomers and the importance of distinguishing enantiomers.Based on the properties of arginine(Arg)and the concept of chiral recognition.Bovine serum albumin(BSA)will selectively bind to L-Arg when PH=7.1,So we chose bovine serum albumin(BSA)as a chiral selector.We use the method of layer self-assembly and the principle of mutual attraction between positive and negative charges to detect Arg.Making the surface of the fiber negatively charged,and then to detect the mixture of BSA and Arg,L-Arg has a larger wavelength shift than D-Arg and so we can achieve selective detection.According to the relationship between dopamine(DA)and people,We have knowed the importance of detecting DA and drawbacks of the existing methods of detecting DA are presented.Sandwich biosensors is one of the main analytical techniques for detecting biomolecules sensitively and selectively.The 4-mercaptophenylboronic acid(PMBA)immobilized on the gold film capture DA and the DSP attached to the gold nanoparticles(Au NPs)bound to the amino group of DA,and the phenomenon was revealed by the drift of the SPR formant.The concentration curve,selectivity curve and artificial cerebrospinal fluid(aCSF)detection curve illustrate the rationality and practicability of this method.Based on the SPR sensing technology,the paper proposes a way that it can chiral recognition Arg by layer-by-layer self-assembly technology and principle of the positive and negative charge mutual attraction,At the same time,a method that it can detect dopamine by the sandwich structure was proposed,they have many advantages,such as high sensitivity,good selectivity,simple production process,and they also have practical application in biochemical detection neighborhood.
