Construction On SAAS-Oriented Information Service Platform For Incubators

Construction of informational platform is a main index for construction of incubators.In order to decrease the investment of the incubator-stationed enterprises in software and elementary foundation of information systems,it is suitable to build a SaaS-based platform of information system in an incubator.In accordance with the characteristics and system structures of cloud computing and combined with the demands in constructing system of cloud computing from local industries,this thesis designs a public information platform for incubator-stationed enterprises of various aspects,schematicalizes the system framework orientated to SaaS as well as its functions and service modes by means of updating the old information system of the incubator.The key issues related with system security,balance of resources,scheduling of the resources are investigated in detail and the corresponding solutions are proposed by which three innovations are presented as follows.1.Combining cloud computing with incubator enterprise management,building an information service platform for incubators based on cloud computing.The platform can provide SaaS services and hardware services for various enterprises of different aspects.Compared with those platforms with single profession and up-and-down service,the platform designed in this thesis is of more broad and available for applying in incubator composed of complicated enterprises.2.The application data are recorded by resource matrix and the load balance state of the system is judged by the criterion of linear correlation of column vectors.With the help of the platform's own or request from the public cloud,the resources of the platform can be balanced quickly3.Aiming at the spatial allocation problem of temporary requests for SaaS applications,the artificial neural network ANN is used to optimize the quota allocation,which can effectively solve the quota allocation problem of small-scale and less resource platforms.Owning to the background matching to that of most incubators in construction,this thesis can be a reference to construction of incubators' information platforms the serve the enterprises of multi-aspects and complicated modes,...
