| In 2015,the country promoted the "Internet+" program.The Internet empowered all walks of life and promoted the innovation and upgrading of various industries.In 2017,the state implemented a deepening supply-side structural reform policy,clearly pointing out the promotion of small and micro-business informatization.By 2018,the total number of small and medium-sized micro-business households in the country has reached 80 million.Most small and medium-sized micro-business households have problems of imperfect management,backward concepts,outdated models and low infonmationization.With the rapid advancement of information technology,it is an effective way to increase the income and improve the efficiency of business management for small and medium-sized micro-businesses by enabling small and medium-sized micro-businesses through Internet technology to provide efficient management tools and advanced management concepts and technologies for small and medium-sized micro-operators.Through investigation and research,this paper understands the current situation of small and medium-sized micro-business households,the difficulties in the business process,the poor management,the inefficient business model and the lack of quality of the operators themselves.Combining the theory and method of service design,re-deconstructing the difficulties and problems in the development of small and medium-sized micro-business,and plalning strategies and models for innovative business development.Through the Internet technology to provide merchants with efficient and scientific information management tools,convey advanced management concepts,and ultimately achieve the purpose of empowering small and medium-sized micro-business,to help small and medium-sized micro-business to achieve business management upgrades.The first chapter of this paper is an introduction,which introduces in detail the research background and significance of the development of small and medium-sized micro-business.The second chapter investigates the various factors affecting the development of small and medium-sized micro-business,and serves as the basis for the design of the enabling platform.The third chapter explores the method of solving the design problem of the empowerment platform by using the service design theory,and proposes the theoretical basis for solving the problem.The fourth chapter studies the specific business problems of small and medium-sized micro-businesses with the method of service designtand proposes the empowerment strategy.The fifth chapter is the practical practice of the empowerment strategy The sixth chapter makes conclusions and prospects for the research topic of the thesis. |
