Content Centric Network(CCN)is an important hot spot of the Future Internet Architecture.CCN,which is based on the content itself,is different from the traditional TCP/IP network.Caching is a key technology in CCN,which plays a very important role in improving user access rate and reducing network load. So,developing efficient caching strategies is an important measure to improve CCN performance. This thesis first introduces the research background and research purpose of CCN,and discusses some important network architectures at home and abroad. Then, the system architecture, working mechanism and key technologies of CCN are elaborated. Also, this thesis introduces the performance optimization research in CCN,and the common cache placement strategies and replacement strategies are illustrated. The work and major contributions of this thesis are as followed:First, this thesis presents a cache placement strategy based on the concept of content popularity. This strategy calculates the future content popularity at a certain moment based on the history data to move the hotter content to the edge of the network and shorten the user access delay.Second,a cache replacement strategy based on markov chain is designed. This article starts at a single node in the system and designs the cache replacement rule. Then, the single-node model is extended to multiple cache nodes, and the cache replacement rule is improved,so as to derive the closed expression of the cache hit ratio.Third, this thesis simulates and analyzes the two caching technologies. Results shows that the strategy in this paper has higher cache hit ratio and less average user requests hop compared with other strategies. Therefore, the caching strategy designed in this paper can shorten the average time delay of users and reduce the load of source content server to improve system performance.
