With the rapid development of space technology,the demand for the storage rate of the space-borne memory is constantly improved by the multi-load flight mission,and the requirements for the storage capacity of the space-borne memory are put forward by the limitation of the ground station receiving range and other factors on the real-time performance of the satellite observation data.The single board structure is widely used in the existing space-borne memory,but because of the limited satellite space,the area of the memory circuit board and the number of FLASH stack modules is limited by the single board Therefore,the way of increasing the storage capacity and storage rate by I/O parallel expansion will face difficulties.A configurable FLASH array memory architecture is proposed to meet different requirements of spaceflight memory capacity and speed for different space missions in this paper.The single board is encapsulated once,and the structure after encapsulation is taken as the basic unit to build space-borne memory with multiple storage boards.A unit level block is designed using allocation table management model,the management of block is reduced to the unit,and a flexible mapping relationship between physical address and logical address is established to improve the flexibility of memory structure and the reusability of the storage unit.A file information management method is used to correspond to a folder and multiple file heads and the storage blocks on different veneers are managed respectively to ensure the continuity and integrity of the file data.Four management classes of base domain root,single board root,partition root and system root are defined by "piecewise autonomy and hierarchical management" to reduce the complexity of management.Cross management partition and single board storage block are used,and the system root is the highest management layer.The above structures are managed coordinative.Tree directory structure is established to standardize index path and provide users with intuitive file information.Because a file is segmented in different boards,polling strategy is used to store and playback files.It is verified that the storage management scheme can realize multi memory board data management,support file data read and write and other basic functions.The design makes full use of the array structure,solves the limitation of the memory storage capacity of the single board memory,improves the scalability of the space-borne memory,effectively solves the problem of flexible customization by the onboard memory users,and lays foundation for the storage and management of the space-borne mass data.
