The degree of professionalism of teachers is the most intuitive expression of the level of education in a country.The professional growth of teachers has always been a hot topic in the field of education.In the existing research,the analysis of the stage characteristics of teachers' professional growth is mainly based on the fact that the growth experience in the early stage of the career is especially important for teachers,but there are few studies on the professional growth path of novice teachers.This paper analyzes the types and causes of teaching confusion caused by novice teachers from the perspective of teacher professional growth,and then proposes that novice teachers lack "systematic knowledge" from the perspective of distinguishing the main differences between novice teachers and expert teachers,which hinders their professional growth..On the basis of the above research,combined with the cognitive rules of junior high school students,the principles of textbooks,and the rules of middle school physics textbooks,this paper proposes a teaching reform idea to improve the knowledge structure of novice teachers and promote the professional development of novice teachers through the "New Thinking Teaching" project.Committed to helping novice teachers solve the following problems through specific operational programs(new thinking teaching): by modularizing physics knowledge,helping teachers build a scientific knowledge system;improving the ability of novice teachers to process and correlate knowledge,correctly inspiring students during the teaching process Physical thinking,advanced training in thinking for students.In order to test the effectiveness of the teaching of the "New Thinking Teaching" topic,the author conducted a teaching experiment in a class randomly selected by the eighth grade of Fuzhou J Middle School.After the experiment,the results of the “New Thinking Teaching” project have certain promotion effects in the professional growth of novice teachers through the changes of students' performance and the feedback from teachers.They are mainly reflected in the following aspects: helping physics teachers grasp physics textbooks from a macro perspective.Improve the teaching ability;shorten the adaptation stage of novice teachers and help novice teachers grow faster.A large number of skilled and expert teachers emerged in a short period of time,that is,toachieve the goal of excellence in teacher training.
