Research On Career Development Education In The Transition Period Of Hubei Retired Athletes

Sports industry is an industry with high risks and investment.Athletes are work hard in sports training and competition,contributing their youth to the development of China's sports cause.Therefore,China attaches great importance to the growth and development of athletes and provides strong support.The career transformation of retired athletes has been highly concerned by the government and relevant departments.In recent years,in order to further protect the rights and interests of retired athletes and protect their career transformation,the general administration of sport of China has cooperated with relevant ministries and commissions to put forward a number of relevant policies.In addition,training classes on career transformation will be held nationwide every year to help retired athletes successfully achieve career transformation.This paper is based on the Theory of socialist harmonious society and Humanistic theory and Theory of ideological and political education,takes retired athletes in hubei province from 2014 to 2018 as the main body of research,studies the actual situation of retired athletes in hubei province.By searching for archived information,based on the data of the number of retired athletes from 2014 to 2018,their operational age,educational background,sports performance and career transition path,combined with six retired athletes personal interviews,sum up the experiences of retired athletes career development education in hubei province reality,find out the influence factors of retired athletes career development education in hubei province.Practical experience includes change the inherent concept,rely on college resources,expend the contact form.Factors includes athlete's cultural quality is low,the athlete personal expectations too high,management mechanism is not scientific,the training content is unreasonable,single source of funds,the inadequate strength of the employment guidance,lack of transition path.After analyzing the practical experience and influencing factors of the career development education of retired athletes in hubei province,a series of concrete countermeasures are put forward accordingly.Mainly includes: improving the cultural quality,balance athletes athletes personal expectations,promote the reform of management mechanism,ensuring the sources of funds,establishing database of sports talents,build a professional conversion path and enrich the content and form of vocational development education.It is hoped that this research can provide reference for relevant departments and effectively promote the vocational development education of retired athletes in hubei province.
