Research On The Risk Management Of Ice Sports Courses In Colleges And Universities In Inner Mongolia

Under the background of the successful bid for the 2022 winter Olympic Games,the domestic ice sports have entered a period of rapid development.Inner Mongolia autonomous region,as the host of the national winter games in 2020,has the advantages of good geography and climate for the development of ice sports.It will bring a good opportunity for the development of ice sports in the autonomous region,accelerate the promotion and popularization of ice sports in the region to a great extent,and stimulate the enthusiasm of the masses to participate in ice sports.As a sport that is prone to fall and injury,ice sports risk management becomes particularly important in the process of participation.In Inner Mongolia university sports in ice sports course risk management as the main research content,the risk identification,risk assessment,risk should be as a complete research process,through to the zone it is necessary to develop six ice sports course in colleges and universities teacher and expert questionnaire investigation,interview,mathematical statistics,after analysis the following conclusions:1、in the identification of risk sources for ice sports courses in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia,there are four primary risk factors,which are teacher factor,student factor,environmental factor and school management factor.There are 15 secondary risk factors,including teaching preparation,teaching process,teaching effect,professional ethics,students' physical quality,students' learning attitude,students' learning ability,students' safety awareness,natural environment,teaching equipment,teaching site,safety education,medical security,system management and risk management.There were 61 tertiary risk factors.2 、 the risk assessment of ice sports courses in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia adopts the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to conclude that the weight ranking of the first-level risk indicators is from high to low: student factor,teacher factor,environmental factor,school management factor;In the secondary risk index,the top six risk factors are: students' learning ability,students' safety awareness,students' learning attitude,students' physical and mental quality,teaching process and teaching site.3、 the use of Inner Mongolia university sports list sorting method in ice sports course risk assessment research shows that: teachers factors,amount of risk in the top three,respectively is: improper teaching when the location equipment arrangement,insufficient protection,unreasonable class preparation activities,demonstration action is not correct,ignoring the students wrong action to correct;Among the students,the top three risk factors are: self-safety,insufficient awareness of protection,poor ability of self-control,poor physical quality such as speed,coordination and strength;Among the natural environment factors,the top three risk factors are: site facilities,old teaching equipment,cold weather,easy to cause damage,limited site space,causing student crowding;In the risk assessment of school management factors,the top three risk quantities are: no regular safety training for teachers,no establishment of teaching risk management information system,and lack of professional medical personnel to deal with teaching accidents.4、 the following four main measures can be taken to deal with the risk of ice sports courses in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia.When the frequency of teaching risk is low,the consequence loss is small.Risk transfer,when the frequency of teaching risk is low,the consequence loss is very serious;Risk mitigation is the main measure to reduce the occurrence of teaching risks and reduce the loss of consequences.
