| Middle school is a critical period in which students' physical and mental states are undergoing rapid changes and development during their growth.Peer relationships play an irreplaceable role in the growth of adolescents.Poor peer relationships can negatively affect adolescents' social adaptation, especially their negative effects on their mental health, such as peer exclusion.Peer rejection is a factor that affects adolescents 'interactions and causes adolescents to shrink back in peer relationships. It also plays an important role in adolescents' healthy growth. Its research significance is helpful to help adolescents to grow up healthily. The formation of depression is affected by many factors.Peer relationship is the most common social relationship among junior high school students. It plays an important role in the formation of depression.Understanding the causes and processes of depression in adolescents can help them.It is of great significance to do a good job in preventing depression and help junior high school students to learn and grow better. Therefore, based on previous studies, several factors that have relatively certainty about depression are integrated to explore the formation mechanism of adolescent depression.1802 junior high school students in a junior high school in Zhengzhou were tested with adolescent social exclusion, cognitive flexibility,self-care,and simple depression scales.SPSS 21.0 was used to process and analyze the data. The research results show that:(1)The detection rate of adolescent depression was 29.3%.And there are significant gender differences in cognitive flexibility, depression, and self-care.Adolescent social exclusion, cognitive flexibility, depression, and self-care all show significant differences in grades. There are significant differences in cognitive flexibility and self-care for the only child.(2)Adolescents' social exclusion, cognitive flexibility,self-care and depression are related and significant.(3)After controlling the impact of demographic variables on depression, adolescent social exclusion, cognitive flexibility and self-care have significant predictive effects on depression.(4)Cognitive flexibility plays a mediating role between adolescents' social exclusion and depression;Self-care has a regulating effect on the influence of adolescents 'social exclusion on cognitive flexibility, and self-care has a regulating effect on the impact of adolescents' social exclusion on depression.By integrating variables such as adolescent social exclusion, cognitive flexibility,self-care,and depression, this study finds that adolescents' perceived social exclusion is multi-layered and multi-pathed,with both regulation and mediation, which is a regulated mediation model. At last, the author summarizes and reflects the research, and puts forward his own views. |
