Teaching design is a skill that the professionals must master.As a student of the Secondary Preschool Normal School,it is necessary to master the teaching design to become an excellent infant school teacher.Therefore,to teach the design of mathematics teaching is an important teaching content of the infant mathematics instruction classes for the students from the secondary preschool normal school.However,students in some schools have not paid enough attention to cultivate students how to make the teaching design.Their students engaged in preschool education work after graduation but they still couldn’t adapt to and be competent in teaching in kindergartens for a long time.Therefore,how to cultivate and improve students’ mathematics teaching design have become an urgent problem that needs to be solved for the infant mathematics instruction classes for the students from the secondary preschool normal school.Based on the teaching practice,the author finds that students’ mathematics teaching design level is worrying after observing students’ mathematics teaching design for a long time.The problems are obvious in both written expression and teaching simulation(trial teaching).Therefore,the author investigated in her secondary preschool normal school students’ present situation of mathematics teaching design.Based on observing,interviewing and listening to the class,the author selected six students’ mathematics teaching design in order to conduct the textual and case studies.Through analysis and discussion,the author puts forward some improvement strategies for the problems in the current mathematics teaching design of students.First,deepen the teaching focus---to guide students to analyze the teaching materials of infant’s mathematics activities and compile teaching plans,analyze the teaching materials of infant’s mathematics activities from different levels and perspectives,strengthen the familiarity of students’ mathematics knowledge and guide students’ teaching design,and exercise students’ logical ability and writing ability.Second,to update the method of teaching in combination with the actual situation and the video perception,such as watching the infant mathematics teaching video.Corresponding questions are put forward to inspire students to think and organize students to communicate to discuss in groups.Suggestions are put forward from the shallower to the deeper.Third,improve teaching methods to encourage students to combine teaching and practice,pay attention to the practice from organizing students to speak teaching ideas and cultivate students’ language expression ability;organizing students to simulate teaching and cultivating better psychological quality;organizing students to conduct stimulated teaching reflection and group discussion.Finally,strengthening practical operation and carrying out practical training---providing strategies of students’ teaching design,such as encouraging students to participate in teaching competitions,playing a guiding and exemplary role to organize students to participate in internship activities.Then,students can deeply feel the suggestions in the infant’s math activities.This paper mainly studies the teaching design from the perspective of the teaching cases of the secondary preschool normal school,directing at the situation of students’ mathematics teaching design,combining with the author’s teaching experiences with six students mathematics teaching design text as an example,tries to put forward concrete,operational suggestions and measures of mathematics teaching design.The author aims to broaden the medium of infant normal students’ mathematics teaching design ideas and methods and support the study in school and work after graduation through the study.
