Mathematics operation is an important part of mathematics core accomplishment.Oral arithmetic teaching is the key teaching content in primary school mathematics,and oral arithmetic ability is also a key skill for students to master in mathematics learning.A person with mathematical literacy can look at problems from a mathematical perspective and think about them in a mathematical way,solve problems mathematically.Through the oral calculation teaching,the mathematics computing ability of primary school students can be quickly cultivated,enable students to learn the way of thinking in mathematics,and the cultivation of mathematics ability has important practical significance for the long-term development of primary school students,and it is also one of the important goals of mathematics teaching in primary schools.This study adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and classroom observation method.By combing relevant literature,randomly selected junior mathematics teachers from three primary schools in Shen yang to conduct investigations,and some teachers were interviewed to find and summarize some problems in the oral math teaching in the lower grades of primary school.The problems are that teacher’s oral teaching knowledge is vague,oral arithmetic teaching is formalized,ignores the students’ previous knowledge,the infiltration of mathematical thought teaching is insufficient and the evaluation method of mathematical oral calculation is single.Through research and analysis,the main reasons for the above problems are as follows: the concept of oral arithmetic teaching is not clear,teachers’ classroom teaching skills need to be improved,oral arithmetic teaching emphasizes quantity but ignores quality,teachers weaken the mathematical thinking when they transmit the mathematical thought and the concept of oral arithmetic teaching evaluation is backward.At the same time,from the scientific point of view,put forward five teaching countermeasures to promote oral arithmetic in primary school: Highlighting value--a clear understanding of Oral Accounting Teaching,Various forms--highlight the essence of Oral Accounting Teaching,Improve efficiency-o make the oral math class more exciting,active thinking--improve students’ thinking quality and promoting teaching by evaluation--improving the evaluation mechanism of oral arithmetic teaching.This paper aims to help teachers to further improve oral arithmeticteaching and improve their oral arithmetic teaching ability.Improve the level of oral arithmetic teaching in primary school mathematics,highlight the characteristics of core mathematical literacy and classroom discipline value,strive to combine the teaching practice to achieve the true value of low-grades oral teaching.As the initial stage of oral arithmetic teaching,the importance of lower grades is self-evident.This paper aims to provide some suggestions and references for the elementary school mathematics teachers in the idea and content of oral arithmetic teaching,it is hoped that it can stimulate the thinking of the oral arithmetic teaching in the lower grades,and better develop the students’ mathematical literacy.
